Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used lip products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@losttreasurebeauty.com within 48 hours with photos and we will reach back out within 1-2 business days.

What do your lip glosses feel like?

Smooth. Lightly Plush. Luminous.

Our glosses melt onto the lips with a sleek high shine finish that feels comfortable and flexible. Shades range from sheer veils to deeper richer tones, and our nudes have a slight creamy feel that still keeps that glassy glow.

Are your products safe for sensitive lips?

We choose ingredients made for comfort and wear. If you have sensitivities, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list before purchasing.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. Lost Treasure does not test on animals.

Are your products vegan?

Almost all of our formulas are made without animal derived ingredients. Kiss Me Sailor has a natural mica ingredient that is not considered vegan.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Will sold out items restock?

Our Gem Collection will always restock. However, some treasures resurface. Some stay rare. Restocks are always announced on our website and socials.
